Sponge cake heavily-soaked with Rosa's original Tres Leches (condensed milk, evaporated milk, cream, and a touch of brandy) layered with whipped cream and a blend of blueberry, strawberry, and blackberry. Finished with whipped cream on top. Serves 10-12.
